Advertisers Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 This advertisers agreement (the Agreement) is made between Dorset Property Shop (D P S, We) and the Advertiser (You).

1.2 By entering into this agreement you are confirming you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

1.3 You agree to Dorset Property Shop publishing your advert details on our web site.

2. Your Responsibilities

2.1 You have the legal right to sell or rent the property.

2.2 The description you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. Dorset Property Shop does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.

2.3 If you choose one of our upgrade packages you will pay the full advert fee before the advert will be published.

2.4 You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advert. Dorset Property Shop will not be held liable for breach of copyright.

2.5 If you have a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions that you must pay the Estate Agents commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, Dorset Property Shop will not be liable. Please read your estate agents Terms & Conditions.

2.6 Only one property may appear in each advert.

2.7 You will assemble the For Sale or To Let board complying with the local planning authority regulations.

2.8 You will investigate and set your own selling price or rental price.

2.9 You will arrange and conduct viewings for the advertised property.

2.10 You will inform Dorset Property Shop once the advertised property is sold or rented.

2.11 If you have selected the FREE service, the property advertised is a private property advert.

3. Dorset Property Shops Responsibility

3.1 We will supply a For Sale or To Let board, where requested and paid for, within 10 working days.

3.2 We will advertise your property on our websites within 5 working days. Usually within 24hrs.

3.3 We reserve the right to review your advert after a 6 month period and contact you regarding the sale of your property, after which Dorset Property Shop will have the right to discontinue the advert if you have either taken your property off sale, sold your property or have had little interest by way of viewing history.

3.4 Services that fall under the To Let option have a 3 month period from the date of registering, after which the advert will expire and will need to be re-advertised. Their will be an administration charge to re-advertise using the same Virtual Tour.

3.5 We will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that the D P S web site is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site off-line without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.

4. Refunds

4.1 You may cancel this contract by informing Dorset Property Shop in writing or email within 24 hours of placing the advert.

4.2 No refund will be made after 24 hours or after you have received an enquiry in your account, whichever is first. All advertising after 24 hours is classed as Free of Charge.

4.3 Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of advertising fee received

4.4 This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

4.5 For Virtual Tour customers no refunds are given after the photographers visit. Cancellation of the photograhers visit must be given 24 hours before the agreed time, otherwise the full fee will be charged.
